At Golden Grove Behavioral Health, we believe our team is the heart of the work we do. Every role is essential in helping children grow, families connect, and progress shine through. Whether you are starting your journey as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that values compassion, professionalism, and meaningful impact.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
RBTs work one-on-one with children, implementing treatment plans designed by a BCBA. They are hands-on in helping children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and practice strategies in everyday life. RBTs also:

-
Provide direct ABA therapy in the home or in clinic
-
Collect data during sessions to track progress
-
Support families by practicing strategies consistently across settings
-
Work under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
BCBAs design, oversee, and adjust treatment plans to ensure each child is supported in the most effective and ethical way possible. They serve as leaders, mentors, and advocates for clients and their families. BCBAs also:

-
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
-
Supervise and support RBTs
-
Train and coach caregivers to encourage skill development beyond sessions
-
Collaborate with schools and other professionals to ensure consistency
